  • This course is designed for individuals who work with athletes or participate in sports themselves, such as coaches, fitness trainers, physical therapists, athletic trainers, sports team managers, and athletes.

    • Sports-Specific Injuries

  • The course is highly interactive with each theory session being followed by a demonstration, practical tasks, and assessment of individual skills. EFAST instructors consider the type of training that will be most effective and adapting for your workforce, taking into account the specific skills and knowledge required for each role
