This course is designed for anyone who wants to learn CPR (Cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and how to use an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) in case of a cardiac emergency. This can include healthcare professionals such as nurses, doctors, and paramedics, as well as non-healthcare professionals such as teachers, coaches, lifeguards, and anyone else who wants to be prepared to respond to a cardiac emergency

The course is highly interactive with each theory session being followed by a demonstration, practical tasks, and assessment of individual skills. EFAST instructors ensures that participants not only learn the theory but also develop practical skills that can be applied in real-world situations
