  • Anyone can benefit from attending a Basic First Aid course, as emergencies can happen to anyone at any time. However, some groups of people who may particularly benefit from this training include: Parents and caregivers, coaches, teachers and anyone who wants to be prepared to respond in emergency situations.

    • Wounds and Shock

    • Unconsciousness

    • Burns and scalds

    • Musculoskeletal injuries

    • Poisons, Electrical injuries

    • Common Medical Emergencies including, Diabetes and Epilepsy

  • The course is highly interactive with each theory session being followed by a demonstration, practical tasks, and assessment of individual skills. EFAST instructors consider the type of training that will be most effective and adapting for your workforce, taking into account the specific skills and knowledge required for each role
